Shipping Policy

Free US shipping on orders $40+. Orders under $40 ship for a flat $4.95. Express (1-2 business days) is available at checkout for $15.

Processing and delivery

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days once shipped. During launch periods or holidays, some items may take 7-12 business days - if your item is on an extended timeline, we'll say so on the product page and in your confirmation email.

Tracking

You'll get a tracking link by email the moment your order ships. If tracking hasn't moved in 5 business days, email hello@sizzlco.com and we'll chase it down.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all 50 US states.

Lost or damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, we replace it or refund you in full - photos of any damage help us fix it faster.
