FAQ — Shipping & Returns

The short version: we ship everywhere in the US, it's free over $40, and most orders arrive in 3–5 business days. Details below.

Where do you ship?

Everywhere in the United States — all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes. We don't ship internationally yet; join the email list at the bottom of the page and you'll be the first to know when that changes.

How much is shipping?

Free on orders $40 and up. Under $40, it's a flat $4.95 — no surprises at checkout. Need it fast? Express (1–2 business days) is $15.

When will my order arrive?

We process orders within 1–2 business days, and standard delivery takes 3–5 business days after that — so most orders land within a week. A few items occasionally ship on an extended 7–12 business day timeline; when that's the case, it says so right on the product page and in your confirmation email.

How do I track my order?

The moment your order ships, you'll get an email with a tracking link. If tracking hasn't moved for 5 business days, email hello@sizzlco.com and we'll chase it down for you.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If it hasn't shipped yet, yes — email hello@sizzlco.com as soon as possible (ideally within 12 hours) with your order number and we'll sort it out.

What's your return policy?

30 days from delivery, no hoops. Items should be unused and in original packaging. Change-of-mind returns: you cover return shipping. Defective or wrong item: we send a prepaid label or just replace it free — photos speed things up. Full details on our Returns page.

My order arrived damaged — now what?

Email us a photo and your order number. We replace damaged items free or refund you in full — usually without needing the item back.

Do you have discount codes?

First order? Use SIZZL10 for 10% off — it stacks with free shipping over $40. One discount code per order.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major credit and debit cards plus express wallets (Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay) through Shopify's secure checkout. We never see or store your card details.
