Returns & Refunds

We want every Sizzl tool to earn its spot in your drawer. If one doesn't, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.

What qualifies

Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Bundles must be returned complete. For hygiene reasons, we can't accept returns on used food-contact items unless they arrived defective.

How to start a return

Email hello@sizzlco.com with your order number and a quick note (photos help if something arrived damaged). We'll reply within 1 business day with a prepaid label for defective or wrong items, or return instructions for change-of-mind returns (return shipping is on you for those).

Refunds

Once your return is inspected, we refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Damaged or defective items are replaced free — no return required in most cases.

Exchanges

Fastest route: return the item you have and place a new order once your refund is confirmed.
